Course Details

Wine Enthusiast (WE) and student enter into agreement under which the student will pay tuition and fees as indicated below, as well as adhere to WE Academy’s Rules and Regulations. WE will instruct the student in the Level 2 Award in Wines Curriculum as required by WSET Awards.

Pricing for the WSET® Level 2 Award in Wines is as follows:

Non-Refundable Registration Fee:	$75	Examination Fee (includes Virtual Exam):	$199
Study Kit:	$119	Tuition:	$302
Total:			$695

Registration Deadline: At least 15 business days prior to exam date. After the registration deadline, all exam orders are final.

Rescheduling Fee: $299 (For students who withdrew from an exam after deadline.)

Re-sit Fee: $299 (For students who failed a previous exam.)

Postponement Period: Students have 12 months from the start of their course to sit the exam; thereafter another exam fee applies.

Payment Terms: To be paid in full upon signing of this agreement by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or AMEX)

Entrance Requirements: At least 21 years of Age

Schedule of Sessions: To Be Filled in When Dates are determined: Will be sectioned into 2 - 3 Hour sessions.

Length of Curriculum: Sixteen (16) hours of class time and one examination of one hour (60 minutes) on a separate exam date.

Cancellations and Refunds

All registrations require the full amount of tuition, payable upon completion of registration. Cancellation and 100% refunds are allowed 3 weeks prior to the course commencement date. After this point in time, tuitions become nonrefundable.

Cancellations are allowed up to 2 weeks prior to the course commencement date, with paid tuitions fully transferrable to future courses or transferrable to another person – either to be used within the next 12 months. After this point, tuitions are considered forfeited. Requests should be submitted by email.

WE does not refund missed classes. Full refunds will be given in the event of low registrations.
